I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the International conference center and within walking distance of shops and the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and always kept the hotel clean. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the nice plants in the hallways.

Convenient location near Plaza Caracol and Selecto Chedraui grocery store. Easy access to buses for downtown Cancun and shopping malls. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Beautiful decoration and artwork in the hotel. Comfortable rooms with a clean bathroom and hot shower.

I recently had a really pleasant stay at a small hotel in the heart of the hotel zone in Cancun. The location was fantastic, with all major attractions within walking distance. It was also within a small plaza, next door to Plaza Caracol, so there were plenty of shops and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and a king-size bed. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.

Everything was really great and there's nothing that I felt could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the hotel zone. It was close to everything, including shops and the International conference center. I appreciated being near a big supermarket, making it convenient for me to grab any necessities. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful. They greeted me with a warm smile and had perfect English. They even helped me book a tour to Chichen Itza and gave me great recommendations for finding things and places in the city.

Honestly, it's hard to think of anything negative about my experience. Maybe it was a bit difficult to find the hotel at first, as the signage wasn't very clear.
